Sometimes things can go wrong in or with an Amber. Give us a call if something happens so we can make sure it gets dealt with properly.
In some cases, this may involve additional charges.
For example, if you lose the charging card, cause damage to the car or spill a milkshake… But also if you park or use the Amber in the wrong way. Have a look at the list below.
The following definitely applies: we will charge any traffic and parking tickets directly to you.
