Sometimes things can go wrong in or with an Amber. Give us a call if something happens, so we can make sure it gets dealt with properly.
In some cases, this may involve additional charges. For example, if you lose the charging card, cause damage to the car or spill a milkshake… But also if you park or use the Amber in the wrong way.

The following definitely applies:
- We will directly transfer any traffic and parking tickets to your name.
- We always charge 25 euros in administration costs, in addition to the fees listed below (with the exception of fees regarding cancelled trips and missed trips) and when transferring traffic and parking tickets.
