- When booking a trip between 7 AM and 7 PM, you will be 100% sure of an available Amber if you do so 3 hours in advance. Should something go wrong, we’ll arrange an (electric) alternative for you.
- If you book a ride between 19:00 and 7:00, the next time when you can leave guaranteed, with mobility guarantee, is at 10:00 in the morning.
- You can always try and book an Amber on shorter notice than the 3 hours. However, it might not be possible to get an Amber to you at your desired time and location. In any case, you can select an available Amber off the map!
