Service areas are assigned areas within cities where you can book, pick up, park for free and drop off your Amber anywhere. These are the blue areas on the map in your Amber app.
Outside the service area, you can always open and close the car with the app. However, you can not end your reservation outside a service area and parking is not free of charge.
