We always aim to park the car within 300 meters of your chosen address within the service area.
Up to one hour before your reservation, you receive a notification that your Amber is ready. You can then use the app to find the exact location of the car with the corresponding license plate number.
It may occur that the car is parked a bit further away. This can happen, for example, when there is no available charging station within 300 meters of your chosen address. If this is the case for you, the walking distance to your car is stated in the notification.
Please note: From February on all our Amber cars will be restyled into MyWheels cars. This will take a while, about six weeks. You might drive a car with MyWheels colors and logo soon! Good to know: the familiar orange roof will disappear. And: the app will show you whether you've booked an Amber or MyWheels car!
